In response to the needs of technology advancement and urban development, the Highways Department strives to improve and maximize the operating efficiency of the public lighting system. In order to achieve the latest Green Energy Target, the Highways Department makes great effort to carry out LED lantern replacement and implement Smart Lighting Management System (SLMS).

Our company is honored to have an opportunity to work with Lighting Division of Highways Department for the promotional video for the Continuous Improvement on Public Lighting System to demonstrate the public lighting system, different types of luminaires and applications, the daily operation and maintenance works, LED replacement program, etc.

HyD plan to gradually install SLMS for the road lights in Hong Kong in the coming years to enhance their efficiency and service to lead the public lighting of Hong Kong into the smart era.
